A Compliance Officer logging in for the day. With our Financial Crime Risk Management Platform, they’re greeted by a clean, intuitive dashboard that instantly flags high-risk transactions. Rather than sifting through endless alerts, they can quickly prioritize critical cases—saving time and improving focus.

Meanwhile, the Investigators on their team dive into detailed case files. The platform’s Case Management module keeps every note, decision, and action organized in one place, enabling seamless collaboration. With real-time alerts and audit trails, they can pull in other team members as needed, and everyone stays informed with live updates.

At a higher level, Team Managers monitor overall risk trends and resource allocation. Our platform's customizable data visualizations reveal emerging risks and team performance metrics, helping them make informed, timely decisions to strengthen compliance efforts.

Across all levels, users—from entry-level Analysts to senior Managers—experience a platform tailored to their needs. Designed for compliance, built for collaboration, and streamlined for efficiency, our platform supports everyone in the fight against financial crime.

  • Our mission was to design a centralized, multi-functional SaaS platform that empowers banks and financial institutions to combat financial crime effectively. The platform integrates real-time transaction monitoring, case management, and compliance documentation, supporting teams in quickly identifying and addressing risks related to fraud, money laundering, and sanctions violations.

    Overview

  • Starting with deep user research and journey mapping for various roles: Compliance Officers, Investigators, and Managers. Using these insights, we created a holistic service blueprint to integrate touchpoints and align user needs with regulatory requirements. Each module—from Transaction Monitoring to Sanctions Screening—was carefully tailored to streamline workflows, facilitate collaboration, and reduce cognitive load.

    This project focused on service design principles.

  • A significant challenge was creating a seamless, intuitive experience for complex processes across multiple modules. Feedback loops from user testing led to iterative improvements, such as simplifying the case management workflow based on feedback from Compliance Officers. As one team member put it, “The new design finally feels like it’s built for us, not just for regulations.”

    When alerts initially overwhelmed users, we introduced customizable notifications, enabling users to filter by priority and risk level. This addition received enthusiastic responses from stakeholders who saw their workflows become more manageable.

  • Our cross-functional team included designers, developers, compliance experts, and user researchers. Continuous feedback from compliance professionals guided design adjustments. Quotes from our compliance team, such as “This dashboard now feels like it’s built for collaboration,” underscored the value of close partnership and real-world feedback throughout.

  • The platform reduced average investigation time by 20%, increased user satisfaction by 30%, and improved real-time case documentation, significantly enhancing compliance teams’ confidence. The final design offers a user-centered, secure, and efficient platform that empowers teams to tackle financial crime proactively.
